Good food takes time. I have waited 10 minutes for a shake (because of people in front of me, not due to effort!) and didn't regret it. Good food also isn't cheap. Yes, a large ice cream mixer costs almost 7, but afterwards you feel satisfied and happy!
Service here is always excellent. Food is fast and delicious. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating.
Went there with my kids, everyone had a great meal and ice cream after. Could use more advertising to bring in more customers.
I ordered large cheese curds and I received the small instead. I went and talked to Adam and he was very understanding and respectful. I went back and I received the large cheese curds and a pizza burger free of charge. I am highly satisfied with how they handled my situation. I will definitely come around again for future business kudos to the Tom's drive-thru team!
The Manager, Mr Kluba, was very friendly and helpful to my family. The store is super clean and employees courteous. This is a great store with tons of seating!!! Come get some Ice Cream!!!
First time at one of these restaurants. Had the double cheeseburger meal with cheese curds and chicken sandwich with large ice cream shake. The food was great so was the staff I recommend anyone try out Tom’s. Family friendly with a huge verity of food options for all.
I live relatively close to this place, and it's really a go-to for when i don't know what to get to eat. The burgers are pretty big and taste good, their ice cream is amazing, and you can get a lot of food for every little. You can get a "Family pack", which is 6 burgers and a big box a fries for about 11 dollars. Great place, definitely would recommend
We love this Tom's. Not every Tom's is created equal in food quality and service, but this one is great! The food is always hot and delicious and the people who work here are really nice. The ice cream is amazing too. I totally recommend a fishwich, cheese curds and a milk shake. We frequent this location at least weekly and I am never disappointed.
